My mileage decreased from 31 mpg hwy to 22-23mpg hwy with the Michelin defenders so I exchanged them for Michelin Premier AS tires 225/60/17 and mileage decreased to 19-20 mpg from my former 31 mpg. Now I do not know what tire to replace them with because Michelin said they were fuel efficient tires and are not. It is impossible to trust mfg ratings for any tires. I am an excellent professional driver with zero accidents and zero tickets in 55 yrs of driving all sized vehicles and trucks.

All I ever buy are Michelin tires. I'm replacing my current set of Premier A/S with a new set now. I got 83,000 miles out of the first set on my 2005 Honda Accord I use for commuting to work. I go through tires about every 2 years because I drive a lot, My Honda currently has 430,000 original miles on the original engine/transmission. The tires are very nice to drive with. The tires are quiet, they handle well and they brake well in wet or dry conditions. I'm very satisfied with this tire and that is why I'm buying another set of 4 tires. I know tires and I can recommend this tire.

We have two Sonatas in the house the 11'Limited, and a 13' Hybrid Limited. Now the ride of the Hybrid is soft and fluffy like flying in an airplane no road feeling underneath at all seamless quite beautiful. I wanted my 11' to preform more like the 13' so I upgraded to the Premier A/S in hopes. I got all that I wanted ...except the airplane like ride. Better gas mileage, low rolling resistance ; EXCELLENT grip ; AWESOME hair pin turns at high rates of speed! PHENOMENAL short stopping from high speeds, however the ride, firm and you feelin every little bump, feels like a low rider! But overall it made my car much more fun to drive!

These tires are yucky. I wanted 1/32" more tread depth than this. They are real hard too. So hard, they hurt when I kick them.

I put a set of these on, and they transformed the performance of my little commuter car. Great grip, great stability and unbelievably smooth and quiet. I rotate my tires regularly, and I inflate with Nitrogen. If they hold up as advertised I will never put anything but these on this car.

I LOVE my new tires. My car handles better, drives more smoothly and my gas mileage has improved. Would most certainly recommend.

Great tires. Hold the road well and great in the rain. No more hydroplaning. I travel 100 miles plus per day and these tires have been great so far. Smooth ride.

Bought the Michelin LT275/65R20 M/S LRE as recommended by the service manager. I wanted to maintain the factory ride but have the "Big Truck" look all us guys want on our trucks. My service manager said, "Don't go with that huge mud rock tire if you want to have the factory ride. Go with the 20" Michelin on some American Racing wheels and you won't be disappointed." He was right.
